Spare ribs: Marinade made easy

Reduce 1.5 liters of dark beer until it's approximately half the original volume. Add three tablespoons of honey and chili to taste. Season with salt and pepper. In the final 20 minutes of cooking the spare ribs, baste them frequently with the marinade to allow caramelization. Enjoy the flavorful result! 🍖🌶️🍺
