Season a whole chicken with salt and pepper, then rub it with olive oil. Stuff the cavity with a repeatedly pricked organic lemon and a bunch of thyme. Optionally, place it on a bed of onions and pour 250 ml of white wine over it. Roast the chicken at 160 to 170 degrees Celsius for one hour, adding water if needed. Enjoy the succulent and flavorful roast! 🍗🍋🌿
